This efficient and user-friendly service is designed to make reporting various issues and concerns throughout the year easy for you.

What is 311?

311 is an easy-to-remember telephone number connecting you with highly-trained Citizen Support Specialists. These specialists are ready to assist you with requests for non-emergency City services and information.

How Can You Benefit?

You can use 311 to:

  1. Request trash pick-up
  2. Report potholes
  3. Address tree damages on city property
  4. Report public health concerns (e.g., abandoned buildings, rodents, groundhogs, vacant lots)
  5. Lodge other non-emergency situations

How Does it Work?

When you dial 311, a support specialist will take your information, record it, send it to the appropriate department, and provide you with a reference number. This reference number serves as a tracking tool for your concern or request, facilitating follow-up calls if necessary.

What If There's No Resolution?

If the city hasn't resolved the issue after you've given them a chance, contact our office at 216.664.2908. Provide a brief description of your issue, the date reported, and the reference number from your original call. This allows us to assist you effectively.
